Aujourd'hui, nous avions l'intention de vous inviter avec grand plaisir à la réception d'ouverture de l'exposition A.I.R. Vallauris "Korean Collection". Au lieu de cela, c'est avec un profond regret que nous vous annonçons l'annulation de cette exposition jusqu'à nouvel ordre.
La violente tempête et les fortes pluies de la nuit de samedi ont inondé et endommagé l'espace d'exposition municipal Espace Grandjean ainsi que de nombreuses œuvres de l'exposition.
Organisée en collaboration avec l'Année France-Corée 2015-2016, ainsi qu'avec la municipalité de Vallauris Golfe-Juan, cette exposition rassemble les œuvres créées par des artistes coréens en résidence à A.I.R. Vallauris au cours des 14 dernières années (Choi Eun-kyung, Choi Sukjin, Fang Boyoung, Joung Mimi, Kim Myung Joo, Kim Soonim, Lee Eu Gene, Lee Eun, Lim Mikang, Oh Mikyung, Park Kyungmin, Park Yoona, Yu Da Mi).
Les œuvres créées par des étudiants de l'université Ewha womans à Séoul, Corée du Sud, dirigée par leur professeur Choi Eun Kyung, lors d'un cours d'étude international avec A.I.R. Vallauris durant l'été 2014 avaient également été préparées pour l'exposition (Bang Hyunji, Heo Yeongseo, Hur Byul, Kang Yoonkyung, Kim Jina, Kim Bohyeon, Lee Sohyong, Lee Boreum, Lee Haein, Lee Jihyun, Lee Hwasin, Park Jungyoon, Park Jeong-hyang, Ree Hyoin, Seo Young In, Seo Mina, Sohn Yoona, Song Yuna, Woo Yun-Jae, Yang Haejin, Yoon Soin).

Today we had intended to invite you with grand pleasure to the opening reception of the A.I.R. Vallauris "Korean Collection" Exhibition. Instead it is with deep regret that we announce the cancellation of this exhibition until further notice.
The violent storm and heavy rain on Saturday night flooded and damaged the municipal exhibition space Espace Grandjean as well as many of the works comprising the show.
Organized in conjunction with the Year France-Korea 2015-2016, and in collaboration with the Municipality of Vallauris Golfe-Juan, this exhibition brought together the works created by Korean artists in residence over the past 14 years (Choi Eun-kyung, Choi Sukjin, Fang Boyoung, Joung Mimi, Kim Myung Joo, Kim Soonim, Lee Eu Gene, Lee Eun, Lim Mikang, Oh Mikyung, Park Kyungmin, Park Yoona, Yu Da Mi).
Works created by students of Ewha womans university in Seoul, Korea, led by their professor Eun Kyung CHOI, during an International Study Course with A.I.R.
